Job Summary:

Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for control panels across industries (Real Estate, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, Power, etc.).
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions in coordination with the design/engineering team.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos for prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the production team for order execution and timely delivery.
• Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in sales of electrical products, preferably Control Panels / Switchgear / Automation Solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and Distribution Boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
